Shipping Policy


Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Once your order has been shipped, your package should arrive in 3-5 business days or in 1-3 business days via express shipping.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

All orders that include a pre-order item(s) will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Pre-orders ship within 1-2 weeks!

We ship within the US, Virgin Islands and Jamaica!

Tracking information

We ship via UPS, USPS, Fedex and DHL. We determine the service that is used based off of what will get the order to its destination the quickest. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. Once you receive your tracking number you can track your order in the "Track Order" tab at Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order.

Order cancellation

We try to process and ship orders as fast as possible, because of this, an order cannot be modified or cancelled once it has been placed. Please make sure that all information is correct before placing your order.

Lost/Missing Packages

Tarè is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Refunds for items reported as missing by the customer that are indicated as shipped will not be refunded.
However, we will review on a case by case basis, at our sole discretion. Please contact us at for assistance.

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. 


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Due to sanitary precautions all mask, lace eraser, wig, extension and closure purchases, as well as on sale items, are final sale.

If an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
